Add celery and onion; saute until tender

Fold in 1 1/2 cups of chow mein noodles
Pour mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish
Bake uncovered 30-35 mintues
Sprinkle with remaining chow mein noodles and cashews
Bake, uncovered, another 10 minutes
