Suggest a better descriptionIn a heavy aluminum pan, mix butter and sugar with electric beater until smooth. Add about 1/4 cup chopped pecans (this step is also optional....when I use nuts, I sprinkle about 1/2-3/4 cup on top of the chocolate). Cook on high for 10 minutes. IMPORTANT---Start timer as soon as you put mixture on stove. It will look creamy at first and then beige and brown when done. Only cook on high 10 minutes!!! When 10 minutes is done, pour in a long cookie sheet (jelly roll pan). When it has set up for a couple of minutes, add three Hershey Bars to the top, when they melt spread the chocolate out with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle the top with chopped pecans. Lightly press nuts into chocolate. Let set several hours or over night. Take out of pan and break into little pieces.
