Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in a large nonstick skillet over mediumhigh
heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and
pepper; add to skillet, and cook 4 minutes or
until lightly browned on all sides. Remove
chicken from skillet. Stir together vinegar and
sugar in skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to
a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or
until mixture is reduced and thickened. Return
chicken to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
