Came up with this one by accident - I was out of plain vinegar.
Whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl and pour over the chopped cabbage. Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour and stir before serving.
