Suggest a better description1. Cut each breast lengthwise into 3 strips and set aside. Combine the oil,lime juice, cilantro, serrano, sugar and garlic in a blender.
Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper TT. Reserve 1/2 cup of the marinade; transfer the rest to a glass baking dish.
Add the chicken strips to the dish and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
2. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Discard the marinade. Thread the strip onto pre-soaked skewers. Grill over direct
medium-high heat until cooked through: turning once. Brush with the remaining marinade and serve.
