1. Begin by mixing the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, mlk, eggs, and vanilla together. From there, stir in the melted butter and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
CINNAMON SWIRLS
2. Then you will mix your cinnamon topping ingredients together and drop over the cake. Swirl your topping and cake mixture with a knife going up and down the length of the pan (only inserting the knife a liittle).
BAKE
3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. While baking, make your glaze and drizzle over the warm cake.
IF YOU PREFER THE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
For the Cream Cheese Frosting, cream the butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to make a smooth, soft frosting. Drizzle frosting over the cake with a spoon, or use a ziplock bag and snip a hole out of one of the corners to pipe the frosting on.
