Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in large pan, add onions, celery, leeks, green pepper, and cook until golden. Add flour and cook slowly for 2 minutes. Add wine, stock, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Add clams, cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in cream before serving.
