A very simple meal to make either when camping or at home on the grill. Great for kids to help with and make their own meal!
2 lbs Ground Beef
2 cups Russet potatoes cut into 1/2" cubes
1 cup diced onion
1 green pepper diced
1 cup sweet corn
1 tsp (ish) salt and pepper
1 tbs Lowry's Seasoning
1 campfire or charcoal grill
Make 4 even patties out of the ground beef. Place each patty in the center of a large square of aluminum foil. On top of this, distribute the other ingredients, keeping everything in the middle of the foil. Adjust amounts of each to taste.
Pull 2 sides of foil straight up and then roll down together down to food level. Fold flat. Fold sides under food, getting at least 2 creases to seal the entire thing. This is very important to get a good seal.
Place meals directly on fire coals for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook on coals for another 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
Eat.
