100 g faina integrala de grâu spelta
100 g somon afumat
1 ou
o mâna de marar proaspat
1 linguri?a de usturoi granulat
¼ linguri?a de sare de Himalaya
piper negru macinat

Mod de preparare:
Decongela?i spanacul într-o oala pe aragaz. Dupa care amesteca?i-l cu faina, ou, usturoi, sare ?i lapte. Aluatul pentru aceste clatite trebuie sa fie omogen ?i pu?in mai gros decât cel pentru clatitele clasice. Pute?i ajusta consisten?a cu lapte sau faina. Praji?o clatitele într-o tigaie pulverizata cu ulei de masline pe fiecare parte, timp de aproximativ un minut. Între timp, amesteca?i ricotta cu mararul tocat ?i piperul negru macinat. Întinde?i crema de ricotta pe fiecare clatita, adauga?i buca?ile de somon, apoi rula?i toate clatitele. Servi?i clatitele imediat. Bon apepetite!
