Pancakes with cocoa & cinnamon! Yum
Mix dry ingredients together. Add butter, egg, and milk; mix. Should be a runny batter, small lumps are ok. Pour batter onto griddle and cook as normal.
*substitution* in place of milk, I have also used chocolate almond milk, which made it extra yummy. I didn't need syrup.
