Mix all ingredients together. Form golf ball sized balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until tips start to brown.
Option - Melt half cup of chocolate chips and a teaspoon of milk. Stir while melting. Dip bottoms of macaroons in chocolate. Let cool so chocolate will harden.
