Suggest a better description1. Poach the codfish until just cooked, drain and cool. Chop into ½” pieces.
2. Add the mashed potatoes, parsley, chives, mace, and white pepper and mix well.
3. Add the egg and mix again.
4. Form into 8 patties about ¾” thick.
5. Dip both sides into bread crumbs to cool.
6. Heat butter and fry about 4 mins on each side.
7. Drain on paper towel, garnish with parsley, serve with Tartar Sauce.
