Cupcake with internal confetti
1. Preheat oven 180 degrees.
2. Line muffin tin with paper cases.
3. Make cake mix according to packet directions.
Melt butter in microwave.
Empty cake mix into a bowl.
Add milk, egg and melted butter.
Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes until thoroughly combined.
4. Stir through sprinkles.
5. Divide mixture amongst patty cases.
6. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
7. Stand for 5 minutes in pan before removing to cooling rack.
