Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut Steak into 4 rectangular pieces. Coat in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Brown in skillet coated in PAM, drain on paper towels. Saute onions and mushrooms. Unroll dough, leaving 2 rolls joined together, forming a rectangle. Place meat on rectangle, and place 1 1/2 Tablespoons of the mushroom/onions on each piece. Fold dough over meat and seal the edges. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately with Sour Cream Sauce.
Sour Cream Sauce: Mix Sour Cream, margarine and parsley in a small saucepan and heat until blended. DO NOT BOIL.
