Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, vanilla and salt. Add Oats and almonds. Chill the batter to prevent the cookies from spreading too much.
Drop by scant tablespoons onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet.
(I only make 6 per cookie sheet because of the way these cookies spread.)
Bake at 350 in preheated oven about ten minutes until golden brown.
Slide cookies, still on the parchment paper, onto cooling rack when done.
