Suggest a better description1. To make sauce combine vinegar, lime juice, chipotles, adobo sauce, garlic, cumin, oregano, pepper, salt, and cloves in a food procesor.
2. Insure all excess fat is trimmed off and cut roast into 6-8 pieces.
3. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over med high heat.
4. Sear all sides of meat and get a nice crust.
5. Place meat in slow cooker.
6. Cover meat with sauce.
7. Pour in broth and bay leaves.
8. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours.
