Place chicken in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Drain mushrooms reserving liquid. Add water to equal 1/4 cup. Combine mushrooms & remaining ingredients. Cover & shake. Pour liquid mix over chicken.
Bake @ 375 for 1 hour. Serve with rice
