Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450. Clean & stem spinach. Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Cool. Coarsely chop. Heat butter in skillet. Add spinach & saute 3 minutes. Place spinach in greased casserole. Heat wine. Add scallops & cook 6 minutes. Remove & place on spinach. Cover with Mornay. Sprinkle with parmesan. Place in oven 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
