Combine ground beef w/ salt, pepper and milk. Blend in minced ham, bleu chees, chili powder soy sauce & herbs.
Make meatbals 1" in diameter. Roll in sesame seeds and place on cookie sheet. Broil for 5 minutes on each side.
Makes 3 dozen.
