Delicious corn bread with a hint of jalapeno
Preheat oven to 350. Add skillet with bacon fat into oven. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Do not over mix. When skillet is hot, ( Handle with care), pour mixture into skillet, bake for 18-20 minutes, til golden brown. Carefully remove from oven, slice into 6-8 PCs.
USE CAST IRON SKILLET!!!
