Corn Pudding
Preheat oven to 350? F. Grease a casserole or baking pan 13x9 inches.
In a blender, puree corn kernels (canned or fresh, not both), sweetened condensed milk, media crema, eggs, and baking powder until smooth. Pour into pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and center is firm.
Garnish with fruit and extra media crema. Serve warm or cold.
