Cornbread
Pre-heat oven to 450 and place greased iron skillet in the oven while it is pre-heating.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour batter into hot greased pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
Note: Cut recipe in half for small skillets.
