Suggest a better descriptionCook a large pan of unsweet cornbread with buttermilk. Cook until dry. Sauté celery, onions, and a little bit of pepper for color. Whisk an egg into chicken broth. Add seasonings. Salt pepper sage etc. crumble cornbread and mix until incorporated. If you add oysters adjust seasonings. If you add sausage adjust. If you add apples adjust. Cook at 350 until a toothpick comes out. Do not over mix.
