This is Mama Chesser's recipe. It is one of those recipes done by feel instead of exact measurements.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Chop celery, onion & bread in food processor. The celery and onion will almost liquify. Set aside.
Crumble cornbread.
Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix together.
Pour into two 13x9 inch pans
Cook at 425 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour or so, depending on how juicy it is.
