1) layer bread crumbs on baking sheet, bake 300 degrees until toasted.
2) brown sausage in skillet over medium heat (add celery stalks and onion if desired).
3) combine cornbread with all other ingredients.
4) combine cornbread with sausage in baking pan.
5) bake 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
