Brown hamburger meat and add taco seasoning according to directions. Mix cornbread according to directions, using 3 eggs instead of 2. Add corn, green chilies, and 1 cup cheese to the cornbread mixture. Pour 1/2 cornbread mixture into a greased 9x9 dish. Top with the seasoned hamburger meat. Pour remaining cornbread mixture on top of the meat. Top with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake according to cornbread mix directions.
