2. Combine all ingredients except last two (cornflakes and 1/4 c melted butter).
3. Put mixture in 9x13 casserole dish.
4. Sautee and mix last 2 ingredients; sprinkle on top of dish.
5. Cover and bake 40 minutes @ 350 degrees.
I prefer to substitute Cream of Onion soup instead of the Cream of Chicken, and eliminate the chopped onions (because my kids don't like onions).
