Chicken breaded with crackers and seasoning
Place chicken in a bowl. Sprinkle the adobo, sazon, granulated garlic, and black pepper over the chicken. then pour in the water and mix more. If you let it marinate it tastes much better.
You will need a ziplock bag for the crackers not to make a mess. Place the crackers in the bag and beat them (most fun part) until they are like bread crumbs. try not to have big pieces.
Then bread the chicken with the crackers and fry or deep fry until chicken is cooked through.
You can play with the seasonings to find out how much of each one you like best.. I eye ball every thing I do not have exact measurements. This is always a big hit and always requested. Enjoy!
