Pop your popcorn. Mix together liquid ingredients. Pour over popcorn and nuts. Mix and spread over cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven until crispy (twenty minutes or so). Don't worry if it's not exactly crispy when you take it out of the oven. It needs to cool a bit first.
