Cranberry-Apple Pie
Combine cranberries, apple, zest. Separately combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and toss with fruit. Line 9 inch pie plate with bottom crust and add filling. Drizzle with butter and top with remaining crust, add slits to vent and seal edges. Bake 400 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
