Perfect Cranberry Sauces
Place Cranberries in pot with sugar, water and orange zest.
Cook on low heat until sugar dissolves and Cranberries start to get soft.
Increase heat to medium and cook until Cranberries burst.
Just before done (approximately 10 minutes), add walnuts, remove from heat and pour sauce into glass container, let cool to room temp.
Then place in refrigerator.
