In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cut ribs into serving size pieces, rub with seasoning mixture. Place ribs in a 6 quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours or just until meat is tender.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients. Transfer ribs to foil lined baking pan, brush wish sauce. bake 15-20 minutes or until browned, turning once and brushing occasionally. serve with remaining sauce.
