Stir-fry the onion in the butter, add the bacon and peppers, and cook until done.
Bring the fresh cream and tomato puree and Value Chef Sweet Chilli to the boil, and allow to cook until thickened.
Add the bacon mixture to the cream sauce, add pepper and coriander and combine with cooked pasta.
Serve immediately.
