1. Wash cabbage and break leaves apart.
2. Add cabbage to boiling, salted water and cook until tender. (leave uncovered about 6-7 minutes.Cabbage will turn greener while cooking. Drain.
3. Add cream and season to taste and reheat until cream comes to a boil.
4. Serve hot.
