HEAT oven to 375 deg.
COOK pasta in large pot
DRAIN and set aside.
POUR Pasta sauce, tomatoes, and cream cheese into pot and cook on medium 5 minutes
or until cheese is melted and well blended, stirring frequently.
RETURN pasta to pan and mix everything well.
LAYER half the pasta mixture in 13 x 9 pan.
TOP with layer of 3.4 cup mozarella
LAYER the balance of pasta mixture again
TOP with remaining mozarella and Parmesan
BAKE 20 minutes or until heated through/
IF MADE IN ADVANCE AND REFRIGERATED, increase baking time to 35 to 35 minutes.
