Suggest a better descriptionLightly grease a 20.5cm square tin and line with parchment whiz the white choc in a food processors till finely chopped put butter, sugar evaporated milk and a large pinch of salt into a pan and gently heat stirring, until sugar is dissolved stir in marshmallows and turn up heat don't let it boil, stir until marshmallows are melted bring upto boil and bubble for 5 mins, stirring until mixture darkens take off heat and quickly beat in vanilla and white chocolate, pour into tin cool, set for 3 hours .
