1. Bring milk, cream, vanilla extract, vanilla beans, and 2 cups of sugar to a boil.
2. Combine Eggs, yolks, and .5 cups sugar.
3. Temper milk and cream to egg mix.
4. Allow to cool before baking.
5. Bake at 275 until custard moves as one.
