Suggest a better descriptionHacer un caramelo con el azúcar y agua. Distribuir en el fondo de ramequins o de pequeños moldecitos. Colocar la leche y crema en una cacerola junto con el dulce de leche y el coco, calentar hasta que en la superficie se formen pequeños globitos, esperar hasta la primera ebullición. Retirar. Enfriar.
Colocar en un bol los huevos, yemas, azúcar, esencia y la mezcla de leche y crema, revolver ligeramente, llenar los moldes a la mitad. Cocinar a baño maría en horno moderado (100ºC a 120ºC) por 40 a 45 minutos. Retirar de los moldes una vez frío. Decorar con crema chantilly y frutillas.
