Suggest a better descriptionMix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a blender until creamy and there aren't any lumps. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes. While your waiting for the mixture to finish setting, heat stove to medium high, and grease the pan with butter. Once batter is set pour about 1/2 cup onto pan and swirl pan in a clackwise motion making sure to cover the whole bottom with batter. Let it cook until golden brown then fold in thirds. Makes about 12 crepes and is perfect for four people.
These taste best when they're served with whipped creme and fruit.
