Easy, Sunday Morning breakfast. Make crepes and assemble a variety of fillings that meet your heart's desire.
1. Use a whisk to combine eggs with oil, sugar and salt.
2. Add a little bit of flour, whisk till smooth, then add a little bit of water (just a splash), and mix till smooth. Continue adding flour and water till all of flour is used. Then add the rest of the water and milk and mix till combined. Do not overdue the liquid or it will be difficult to flip the crepe (if not sure better hold back some).
3. On a hot, non-stick skillet pour a little of the batter and spread out. Cook till browned and then flip. You can stack the crepes on a plate.
