Heat nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 Tbs butter
Mix flour, egg and a little milk until smooth, add rest of milk, salt & sugar and mix
Add melted butter to mixture and mix
Hold pan at 45 degree angle and add 1/4 cup batter. Roll pan to coat evenly
Cook about 45 seconds until a little browning starts
Flip Crepe and cook on second side, repeat
