Suggest a better descriptionThrow all in a blender and mix. Warm up two small frying pans cooking on medium. Spray very thin coat of pam into pans.
Pour a spoonful of mix into pan. (Approx 2-3 Tbl or 1/8 cup). Use ice scream scoop or deep spoon. Thinner mix will taste better and maximize total crepe count.
Cook 20 to 25 seconds and flip. Stack creeps on plate with a cover. Once complete, serve and enjoy.

We also add wet strawberries, yogurt, whip cream, and other berries.
Yummy! This recipe will make about 18 crepes, which is enough for about 3 people in our house. I recommend doubling for most tables.
