Suggest a better descriptionBeat eggs and blend other ingredients until batter is thick enough to coat a spoon. Thin slightly with milk if needed. Cover and let stand over 1/2 hour. Makes 20 - 5" to 6" crepes. Stack with wax paper between. Good to freeze. Fill them to serve with fruit, cream cheese mixture or anything you desire. Can be made with no oil.
