Chicken Strips
Preheat oven to 450 Degrees
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces or so.
Crush croutons
Combine crushed croutons, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic salt
Whisk egg whites and water together.
Dip chicken into egg mixture and then into crumb mixture until evenly coated.
Spray pan and bake for 14-16 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
