Suggest a better descriptionBoil potatoes covered in salted water for around 25-30 minutes. Drain and let dry for a few minutes. Smash on a foil lines oiled baking sheet. Use a dishtowel if hot. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes turning once. Can smash and refrigerate until ready to bake.
