This recipie adds starch which crisps up the fries.
Take a little cornstarch and put int a plastic bag and add the raw sweet pot. fries. and SHAKE.. make sure they have covered the outside .. then add them to the actifry w the oil and that should make a huge difference.. the reason they won't crisp is they have much more water in them and less starch . the starch is what gets CRISP
