Suggest a better descriptionBrown beef, then mushrooms and put in slow cooker. Mix soup, wine, dry soup mix and thyme in pan then pour over beef. Add carrots and stir to combine.
Cook on Hi for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
Too with parsley and serve over noodles.
