1. Preheat broiler. Broil chicken wings about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to crock pot
2. Combine onion, soy sauce, sugar, sherry ginger and garlic in large bowl. Add to Crock Pot. Stir to blend. Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours
