Suggest a better descriptionRub pork down with salt, pepper, and liquid smoke. Place in crockpot with onion and bananas.
Cook on high, turning every hour or so. Takes about 7 hours. Should fall off fork.
When done, transfer pork to a large tray. Cool.
Strain juice from crockpot. Put in separate bowl. Cool.
Once pork is cool enough to handle, begin shredding it and placing it back in the crockpot. Heat on low, add remaining juices.
Serve with BBQ sauce on buns, wraps, or pitas.
