Beef Stroganoff in the crockpot
1. Place beef tips in bottom and f the crockpot
2. Slice onion, and lay over beef tips
3. Slice mushrooms and lay over onions
4. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and cream of mushroom soup
5. Pour bowl contents over the beef, onions, and mushrooms
6. Place stick of butter on top of beef, onions, and mushrooms
7. Cook on high for four hours
8. After four hours, mix in one cup of sour cream
9. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles
